Documentation: I have not been able to find Benjamin F. Perry's service
records. There are two possibilities but I can not prove either one.
Since he died in 1863 I feel it was war related. Sources; 1850, 1860,
1870, and 1880 Perry Co.,Al census records. Dallas and Perry Co., Al.
marriage records. Information from other great- granddaughters, Doris
Kruse comes from Mary Angeline, Jan Dooley Campbell from George Ellis and
I come from Loamie L. J. Perry. Benjamin and Sarah Perry were my great
great grandparents.
