maintained a genealogical ledger which listed most of the families in and
around the area of Shelby Co., AL in which the Judge lived. This ledger
was first owned by his daughters and later given to Marshel Roy
Cunningham of Montevallo, AL. The family of Andrew Harkins is documented
in this ledger.
